DayTrade Scans currently offers a PRO and a PREMIUM subscription with monthly and annual renewals. Both are recurring subscriptions with no contract involved. Additional subscription plans may be offered at various times.

When you sign up for either of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed every calendar month or yearly from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service. You can read our full billing policy here.

Yes, you can switch subscriptions at any time. Please note, when you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, you will still need to cancel out your previous recurring subscription to prevent any double billing.

As of June 1, 2016, we will only refund within 3 market days. Special promotions are a limited time offer and are not refund eligible. Please contact us by email if you have any questions regarding refunds. You can read our full refund policy here.

If you decide to freeze your account, you will have the maximum of 3 months out of the year to return and resume your monthly rate. To freeze your account, please send in a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org
